Terms of Service
The ground rules for using BananaNano Art and working with AI-generated images.
Use content you have permission to share, respect the rights of others, review AI results before using them, and download the work you want to keep.
1. Using the service
These terms apply to BananaNano Art at banananano.art. By using the website or its image tools, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
BananaNano Art is an independent interface that uses Google’s Gemini API for image generation and editing. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Provider availability and applicable restrictions may affect access.
2. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, targeted harassment, or material that promotes violence or illegal activity.
- Use images to impersonate another person, commit fraud, or mislead people about material facts.
- Submit confidential or sensitive information you are not authorized to disclose.
- Bypass safety checks or request limits, abuse the service with automated traffic, or interfere with its security or operation.
Requests must also respect the model provider’s Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. The model may refuse a request. We may restrict access or suspend a feature when needed to address misuse, security concerns, or provider requirements.
3. Your content and permissions
You are responsible for your prompts, reference images, and intended use of outputs. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your content, including permission for images of other people where required.
We do not claim ownership of your inputs or generated results. You give us permission to process and transmit your submitted content to the service providers needed to fulfill your request, as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms do not grant rights to third-party characters, brands, likenesses, or other protected material. AI output may resemble other content and may not qualify for copyright protection. Check the rights relevant to your intended personal or commercial use.
4. AI-generated results
AI images may contain incorrect text, inconsistent details, unexpected elements, or other errors. We do not promise a particular appearance, factual accuracy, uniqueness, or suitability for a specific use.
Review results before sharing, publishing, printing, or relying on them. Do not present an AI-generated image as authentic evidence of an event or as a real person’s endorsement when that would be misleading. Disclose AI use where the context or applicable rules require it.
5. Generation, delivery, and saving
Each submission is a separate generation or edit request. A request can fail, be refused, or return no image. Closing the page, refreshing, or losing your connection can prevent delivery even if processing has started.
The studio does not automatically retry a failed request. Submitting again starts a new request. Keep the page open while generating and use the download control to save successful results.
Results and references are available only in the current browser session. The current service does not provide cloud storage, a saved account history, or a recovery service for unsaved images.
6. Availability and fees
Features, output options, usage limits, and availability may change. Access may be limited by capacity, abuse prevention, maintenance, or the model provider. Continuous access and unlimited generation are not guaranteed.
The current website does not sell credits, subscriptions, or paid plans. If paid features are introduced, the price and applicable purchase terms will be shown before you buy. These terms do not authorize an automatic charge.
7. Responsibility and limitations
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide warranties about uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, obtaining necessary permissions, and keeping copies of work you need.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version. Review the terms when the website announces a material change; stop using the service if you do not agree to the updated terms.
For a question, concern, or dispute, contact support@banananano.art and describe the issue. We will use the information you provide to understand and respond to it.
